How breakoutLabs works

  1. Order and register your kit. Your kit arrives in discreet packaging with a prepaid return mailer. Register it online with the same email you ordered with.
  2. Collect in the morning. Collect Monday through Thursday, within 1 to 2 hours of waking, after an 8 to 10 hour overnight fast (water is fine). If you menstruate, days 3 to 7 of your cycle are best. Under 18? A parent or guardian should be with you.
  3. Use the arm device. Warm the back of your upper arm with the heat pack, place the device, press to activate, and let the tube fill. Most people feel a quick pinch and nothing after.
  4. Mail it the same day. Your sample goes to a CLIA-certified lab. Results are ready in 5 business days after the lab receives it, and we email you when they are in.
  5. Get your Clear Skin Blueprint. Results arrive in a private dashboard with a plan built from your own markers. Members also get bi-weekly specialist calls and a retest every 90 days.
