Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don't ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

When Your Kit Ships

After checkout, complete your quick account setup (about 2 minutes). Your kit usually ships within 2 business days after setup is complete. We ship Monday to Friday. During holidays and high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

VIP Processing

Choose VIP Processing at checkout and your order is prioritized ahead of standard orders.

Delivery

Kits ship via USPS and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your kit ships.

Returning Your Sample

Every kit includes a prepaid return label. Mail your sample the same day you collect it, Monday to Thursday, so it reaches the lab within 72 hours. See our collection guide for step-by-step instructions.

Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Kits

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right as described in our Refund Policy.
